  Really awful service to me. First time used this and the last time. The staff was totally indifferent. They did not even have the courtesy to call me to let me know my car was ready after I was told they would ring me. I walked in 40 minutes later and no one acknowledged me and I was the only customer there. I had to ask if my car was ready. It was. I was handed the paperwork and the key. No comment that it was fine.I had to ask if it had passed the MOT. I walked out to the forecourt and could not see my car. No courtesy to let me know where my car was parked.I went back into reception and was told my car was on the side. If I had not seen them deal with other customers when I initially gave in my car I would have thought they had no idea of customer service .But this branch is very selective on who they give customer service to. Certainly not to an Asian lady with a headscarf. I would not recommend this branch to anyone and cannot even rate it with a zero point.
