The car pick up was delayed by "Practical Car and Van Rental Ltd" (Slough), so I could not collect my car in time.
They do not have people carriers with the latest Isofix technology car seats what I have requested, plus they have ignored my request.
Reception staff didnt like my driving licence, so they didnt want to rent out the car.
I have not rented the car and they have charged for the full length of the rental time and the cost is not refundable.
Lesson learned that I have to avoid them at any cost.
